Learn how to protect yourself and your family from that office/daycare/dude-who-just-coughed-in-your-face-on-the-subway cold that’s going around. In this kid-friendly class, we will make two traditional tonics to help buttress immunity: elderberry syrup and immune cider, as well as talk about how to best use herbs when you wake up with that tell-tale tickle in the back of your throat.
