The kidneys are sometimes considered the most important organs by Chinese medicine. They are associated with fundamental health, winter, the reproductive system, the lower back, and much more. We will cover the correspondences of the Water Element as they relate to health, foods, herbs, and season considerations. Drop-in welcome, but since this is part of a series, previous familiarity with Five Element theory and basics of Chinese medicine is recommended.
$40 (or $200 for the whole series, starting on Feb. 21st)
