This free talk will introduce you to the day-to-day wisdom of Ayurveda, a science practiced for hundreds of years that serves your individual health needs with the most basic and efficient methods for eating right, sleeping well and balancing stress. We’ll discuss simple methods of self-care for a smooth transition into spring.

Philippa Anderson is completing a 650 hour certification program at the Kripalu School of Ayurveda. She plans to launch her practice, Tala Ayurveda in July 2017, offering Ayurvedic health consultations and bodywork therapies.
