Etiquette & Plant Medicines for Grieving

This workshop will explore appropriate ways and etiquette for offering support to people grieving and dying, including botanical approaches for supporting people through this traumatic process. 


Workshop led by: Ryan T. Dunn, herbalist and medicine maker originally from Boston, MA. Previous study includes Columbines School of Botanical Studies in Eugene, OR and an apprenticeship with Mimi Kamp in Bisbee, AZ. His primary experience with plant medicine has been with plants that grow in the North West, Northern California, and in the South West deserts. For three years he worked with various Need Exchange / Harm Reduction clinics in Eugene, OR, Portland, Or, and Tucson, AZ, and recently volunteered at the First Aid Medical Shed at Idapalooza, a DIY Queer Music Festival in rural Tennessee.
